Password Error
If you receive the message on login that the password you entered is incorrect, but you're quite certain that you've typed it in correctly, it may be a browser caching issue. Before resetting your password, try closing and reopening the browser to see if that solves the problem, or try clearing your browser cache.
If these methods don't work, and you are unable to login, either ask your administrator to change your password for you, or use the Reset password option on the login page.
