Statement of Account

Statement of Account

Summary

A statement of account is a summary of all financial transactions recorded on a family's transaction register, during a given time period.  These statements can be emailed or printed, directly out of Timesavr.  To access the statement of account for a given family, select "Statement of Account" from that family's Financials menu.

Your statement header will include a date range, and summaries for charges, payments, credits and refunds.  Your logo will also be included in the top left hand corner.  If you haven't yet uploaded a logo, the Timesavr logo will be used.  You can upload your logo in Admin > Centre Profile.

List Option

Select from a variety of date range options to retrieve all the transactions that fall within those dates.  If you select "To last balance" Timesavr will return all transactions up to the last time the account had a zero balance owing.  When selecting a custom date range, you must click the "Reload" button after setting your range.

Email Statement

When emailing the statement, the recipient will receive exactly what you see on the page, and it will be rendered inside the body of the email received, not as an attachment.  By default, both parents email addresses will be selected for emailing, but you can override this value before you send.  If you want to send to multiple addresses, you must separate the addresses with a semi-colon and leave no spaces.  Any other type of delimiter will cause an error.

Print Statement

When printing the statement, Timesavr will open the statement in a separate tab in your browser window and automatically initiate the print process, which should prompt your browser to generate a print preview window.  Please note that alternate lines' background colors, will not print in most browsers.  After printing, you can close the new browser tab to get back to Timesavr.
