Room Change

You can schedule a future change in primary room, class or dayhome for a child by creating a simple enrolment plan, with an effective date.   This means on that date, the child's primary room / dayhome will be automatically updated.  If the new room is in a different program, the child's program will also be automatically updated.  Any reports that count the number of children in a given room or program, will also reflect this upcoming change

To schedule a room change, click the "Schedule room change" button on the child's Room page.  Note, if you've modified your group type on the General tab of your Settings page, instead of the term "Room" on the button, you will see whatever you selected as your group type, such as "dayhome", "class" or "group".  This button will only be visible if the child is currently assigned to a primary room.  

Dayhome Change

Scheduling a dayhome change works exactly the same as the room change above, but with the added ability to also set the dayhome educator fees at the same time.  If you're switching from a daycare room to a dayhome, the dayhome educator fees panel will be made available.

If your Timesavr account holds both dayhome and non-dayhome programs, you will see a toggle switch to allow you to select either a dayhome or room.  If you do not combine these two program types, then you will see only the rooms or dayhomes listed as per your enabled program types.

When creating an enrolment plan for educator fees, the fee changes you can schedule are those pertaining to an individual child, and not the default dayhome fees for a given dayhome.  You can select whether or not the child pay the default educator fee, or a custom educator fee.  The custom fee, daily rate and late pickup fees can all be scheduled.
