Fee History

TimeSavr maintains a historical record of fee changes for each child.  This fee history is listed at the bottom of each child's Fee page.

A new fee history record is inserted if the fee is changed on the child's fee page, but also if the child is setup with a Room Fee, and the child's primary room is changed, or if the child is setup with an Age Group Fee, and the child ages up into the next age group.  As well, if fees are changed on the Fee Schedule.

Fee history can be modified or deleted by using the pencil and trash can icons on the list.

Subsidy Claim

The fee history is used by the child subsidy claim reports, which list each child's fee as it was on the first day of the claim month.  These reports include:

1. Reports / Subsidy / Claim - Children
   
2. Reports / Subsidy / Claim - Children (Alternate)
   
3. Reports / Subsidy / Claim - Dayhome Child

If the fee on the claim report does not match the expected fee, or is blank, check the child's fee history and modify as necessary.
