Timesavr Subscription

You can view your current subscription details, including payment history and payment method, in Admin / Timesavr Subscription.

When you create a brand new account, you begin with a free two month trial of the Connect Package, but after your two month trial expires, you will have to choose between the Connect Package and the Office Package.  You can not purchase a new subscription until your current subscription expires, even if that current subscription is your two month free trial.

The differences between the two packages are explained below.  

Auto Renewal

When you purchase a new subscription, you can choose to pay Monthly or Annually, and your subscription will be automatically set to auto-renew.  Auto Renewal can be disabled on your subscription page.

Failed Payments

If your payment fails, Timesavr will automatically retry your payment on days 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.  If the payment on day 10 also fails, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.  You will receive email notifications from Chargebee each time a payment fails, so please make sure the email address on your Chargebee subscription is for the person who is in charge of payments.  You can check and update your email address by clicking the "Manage" button on your subscription page.

Connect vs Office Package

You can see which package you currently have, on your Timesavr subscription page, which you can access either from the Centre menu, or by going to Admin / Timesavr Subscription.


The Office Package is designed for the office administrator, allowing you to manage your child and family profiles, create and email invoices, record payment, email tax receipts, manage your intake process, track staff hours, staff education and admin records, manage time off requests and much more.

All of those same features are found in the Connect Package, but the Connect Package also includes a Daily Reports module.  That is the only difference.  While daily reports can be created only in the Timesavr mobile app, the mobile app is available to track attendance and view emergency contact info regardless of which package you've purchased.

Upgrading

If you're currently using the Office Package but would like to upgrade to the Connect Package, you can click the Manage button on your subscription page.  This will open up a subscription portal where you can change your subscription, your address and payment method.  When you upgrade to the Connect Package you will be charged a pro-rated difference between your original cost and your new cost, based on the number of days still remaining on your current cycle.
