Child Listed Twice on Subsidy Claim
Symptom
On your subsidy claim report (Reports / Subsidy / Claim - Children) you see the same child listed multiple times.
Cause
This happens when you have multiple subsidy approvals, for this child, that overlap. In other words, there are multiple subsidy approvals for the same month. Sometimes it's not obvious, especially if one of those subsidy approvals has already expired.
This can most easily happen if you have a 2 month conditional approval, and then when you receive the extension, or full 12 month approval, that new approval covers the same two months that were conditional. When this happens, you can either extend the original approval you had entered, or start the extension after the first two months have expired.
Fix
Go to the child's "Subsidy & Grants" page, and either edit the dates on one or both of the offending approvals, so that they no longer cover the same month, or delete one of the approvals if it's no longer needed.
