Login Links

For logging into Timesavr, please use the following links:

Online Registration Link

You can find the link to your online registration links in Admin > Intake > Online Registration, as in the following example.   Pass this link onto your web person to add the online registration feature to your company website.




Invalid Links

Over the years, the online registration and login links to Timesavr have changed somewhat, and you may still be using the old links. Currently those old links are being automatically redirected to the correct URL, but these redirects are temporary so it's a good idea to update them as soon as possible.

If your link includes https://web.timesavr.net then you're using the correct URL and you're good to go. Old links will include the word "berlin" or "serenity" or "educator" and may also include the word "prod".  If your links include any of these words, you will need to update them.   

Confirm Your Links

If you're not sure if the link on your website needs to be updated, simply hover over your online registration link, on your website, and you'll see the current URL in the bottom left hand corner. Do not click on the link to see where it goes, because if you are using an old link, it redirects instantly, so you must check the target URL without clicking on it.



Fixing Invalid Shortcuts

To update a shortcut in your browser, right click on your shortcut and select "Edit" from the menu.  If your shortcut includes "/prod" please remove that word altogether, including either the leading or trailing slash.  If your shortcut contains the word "berlin", please replace that with the word "web".   




Remove From Start Page

If you use shortcuts from your homepage, you may also want to remove the invalid ones from there to make sure there's no confusion. First confirm the link by hovering over it, then remove it if it is an old link.
